Heat Appam Pan
Heat the appam pan and grease it lightly with oil.

Pour Batter
Pour a ladleful of batter into the center of the pan.

Swirl to Coat
Quickly swirl the pan to coat the edges while keeping the center thick.

Cover & Cook
Cover with lid and cook for 2 minutes until edges are crispy.

Serve Fresh
